The founder of SEC, Haiying Shi, is very experienced in mentoring teenagers.

She has been a high school teacher in China and New Zealand for over 10 years.

She is also a mentor of taking care of the international students in Wellington High School.

She is a well-respected and popular teacher based on her wide range of knowledge and the unique way she loves and guides the students.

Haiying leads the team with great care and responsibility. Most of the team members have been international students.
